yeah, im sure its a 50/50. idk. kinda sucks. i had my roof spoiler ready to put on, and was in the process of painting my grill and headlights.

this is what it would have looked like!! ( messed up and had to start over ). But yeah, i hope this doesnt happen to anymore G's or anyone for that matter.

If there is axle damage, then it was a pretty hard impact - any bumper would have resulted in damage... some ppl have the wrong impression that a poly bumper will withstand any abuse... collisions are gonna ***** up anything.

As for fault - typically it is looked upon as 50/50... right away many times has more merit than speeding... the guy could have been going 100 mph but having the right away takes away a bunch of the liability... it happened to me when I was 16 - I wont bore you with details, but the bottom line is speeding or not, the right away usually gets favored.

On the bright side, the M rims still look uber hot on the car. Someone should come up with a commercially viable video camera for crap like this. Right of way my a$$. I revoke the right of way for speeders that damage G's. If you're going to speed, have the decency not to hit other people. (Sarcasm inserted, so please refrain on the flaming.)

i sent my fiance to pick it up earlier, and he told me he seen a messed up g35 sedan. headlights all smashed sitting on m rims.

 

There are video recorders for vehicles… many commercial motor carriers use them… personally I dont like the idea (for business or personal use) because it can be instrumental in determining liability (which will sometimes be you) and held against you by subpoena in a court of law – and in the case of right of way, you’d be much less likely to get a verdict in your favor – regardless of the other motorists speed (trust me, I’m telling you this from experience)… I’m not flaming you – just informing you.

not no more, i gave my car back to my fiance. im no longer in need of the G, sorry people. im just pissed by these wannabe kids from broomall calling my car and myself a ricer. my fiance and me built this car up, paid full 40k when we first bought it, and these lil f*ckers think, OOOOOoooOOo my mommy and daddy bought my car, and i just think im cool because i have nothing done to it beside a cold air intake.
