I wanted a coupe badly about 5 years ago. Almost bought an Athens Blue '05 6MT with NAV brand new. Back then, it was still a car driven by business-type people over 30 years old.

Now, it has become the next Honda civic. The sedan hasn't gone down that road (yet) fortunately. I still see sedans driven by older (boring) people...and to be honest, i like that.

Sorry if my post offends anyone, but just how i feel about the G35.
pretty much

Then why is the sedan faster?
Get the ice cream home before it melts?

lol yep that is exactly why.

I knew that some ppl wouldn’t like that, sorry I couldn’t help it.

One thing that is nice about the coupe it retains its value a lot better than the sedan.

Dont get me wrong, i love the coupes. If i had a choice right now (and it was free) i'd probably get a coupe.

BUT, i have my sedan. It is paid for, and it looks badass (imo).

There are so many people that dont even think the G sedan should be made. A lot of coupe owners hate the sedan. And people that dont even own a G always tell me i should ahve bought a coupe.

But, that just makes me more original. Everyone mods a coupe. Only cool people get something that can also be practical and cool.

Not to mention the fact that, its waaaaaaay more fun being able to smoke a coupe with some heavy 20" wheels down the 1/4 mile anyways.

If you ask me, the G35 coupe and sedan should be separatly named models. I realize they are exactly the same however other than the 4-door vs 2 door thing....but that's a huge.

Yes, stock for stock. I ran against a friends auto G 2003-2003 and I pulled on him. With the mods I have now I pull a little quicker.

Mustang: I agree in one way but in another, who cares? it's just the name on the back of the car. It's not like people buy them because they thing the name G35 is cool....right?

You are right.

It seems like they do their things, and we do our thing anyway.

Besides...90% of G35 owners debadge them anyway!

Doesn't bother me. I could care less about racing my G35. That's why it's stock. I've got a modified Mustang i get my speed thrills from. I just want my G35 to look nice as well.
