Question 18 tire size question

I posted this in a couple of spots to see if I can get an answer today (tires BALD). Will 245 45 18 tires fit on the factory 18's rim without any problems?

I ran that size on z springs with no issues when I had factory wheels.

Yea I was kinda asking if he was low....

With a mild drop you won't have a problem.
