Exclamation Ecm help!!

I have a 2003 G Sedan AT (w/doggy door), premium pkg, and I followed bythabayplayer's youtube DIY TB cleaning, used CRC throttle body cleaner. When I reinstalled everything, I had a high start/idle RPM, idles at about 1000, took it off and reinstalled it, checked everything I had taken apart, no dice. Drove it around to see if that wouldn't help, got the MIL, threw code P0507. Bought a reman Throttle Body from O'Reilly, and installing that didn't work, either. Took it to Mossy Nissan and they were going to reprogram the Idle Sensor, said they tried 5x and were unsuccessful. They advised me that I should spend $1160 on a new ECM. Even the few salvage places I've found around here that have G35s (seems they mostly cater to the Ford Fiesta and Geo Metro crowds ) want $225 or more, plus the cost of key reprogramming. I'd like to know if there is ANYTHING else I can do! This car has been nothing but a money pit lately--tires, brakes, IPDM, leather door inserts, horn issues, now the ECM... Probably one more year and I'll have doubled the $16,900 I bought the car for just to keep it running! !!

I know that now, but it's too late, so that doesn't really help me.
