300 bux.. plenum or something else?

I think I want the MD iso copper plenum spacer.. I know there are the skunk2, blox, kinetix...they are all cheaper, of course dont have the aramid gasket..

My question is, is the MD really worth the price, are the gains noticable bypassing coolant lines..etc?

Is there anything else performance wise, that is better to spend the 300 bux on?

DO the blox. I'm happy with it, performance is noticable at higher RPM's. Saving up now to get the Kinetix SSV.

Blox increase the hp that the butt dyno measures too?

What about hks muffler > plenum spacer? (for sound anyways)

Spacer is good, HKS muffler will give you more sound than the spacer, I think. What year sedan? For those $$ I'd also look at aftermarket say bars -- Stillen, Hotchkiss or Motordyne. Great handling bang for the buck.

Then you have a relatively free-flowing mid-pipe that should sound pretty good with an HKS. Also, I think you can't do aftermarket front sways on an X, but that's okay since adding a rear only will help your handling enough to notice.

Have a read through the stickies at the top of the page, I think most of your questions will be answered, plus you'll learn a lot about your car! GL.
