Its coming from my front end, specifically the suspension. Everytime I hit rough patches of road or bumps it rattles like crazy, as if the suspension is loose..

I just changed the upper front strut mounts and put on new front suspension. Now its not as bad but its still there.

Anyone have any suggestion what it is?

note: I'm have 350z shocks/struts with the revised springs.

Is that the same as the compression rods?

 

No, the sway bar bushings are at the ends of the front sway bar. If you've never had your compression rod bushings replaced, they're probably bad too.

 

Thanks, I just got my compression rod bushing replaced today talk about a world of a difference, however I still hear the rattling but its to a minimum now... I will see how much the sway bushings are and replace those as well.

I had to literally weld off the old compression bushings to get them off.

Btw how much do the sway bushings go for?
