Are there any fully built na sedans out there??????
I'm trying to see if there is anyone with a sedan with a built motor.
I'm not just talking bolt ons and tune. I'm talked bored out, forged, ported goodness.
So far I've seen 3 na hi comp 350z builds...... But none are g35's or especially sedans for that matter....

Not sure I understand your reply, but for less than 6K you can have 400+whp tuned, gauges, and ready to roll. N/A youre looking at what for 6K? rods, pistons. cams, tuning, full exhaust, intake plenum work? to get what 320whp? I love all motor, but I've never realized 1/2 the gains for the money vs forced induction.. maybe it comes down to personal preference.

what im saying is, if your motor is taking a **** because of the oil consumption. your going to need to get a new engine anyways.
Now of course if you had a healthy motor, and didnt need to replace it, it would make more sense just to slap on some boost.
so if you have to already spend 6k getting a new motor you can go na. or you can build it for turbo, but would still have to drop another 6k on top of that.

motor in need of rebuild, youre already spending the money so the performance parts are extra, minimal (OEM rods vs forged rods = $200 vs $600 if they were bought as an upgrade)
I get your point.

yea personal preference is key.

the funny thing is, a built na is cheaper than a oem.
I specked it out. a new oem from the dealer installled was 11k.
A built na also installed by them was about 8k.
so to get a port, cams, better pistons, rods, 3.6 liters. valve springs, came out less than a new factory.
Im surprised not more people end up doing that( for those that are out of warranty) unless they are all pawning off their oc motors on someone else.
