Ok topped it off with DOT 3 break fluid and still same issue. Do I need to bleed my breaks?

Another thought...the break wire that bolts onto the front struts, do they need to be bolted firmly? Do they have any sensors in them. Beucase I think mine has some lead (not bolted firmly). Could that be causing the problem?

No it's no need when you full brake fluid container in a top.
But try to do it.
DOT3? In Russia most of us use a DOT4 or DOT5.1 fluid, but a problem not of this...

There are no sensors in it.
The sensor in a break fluid container in the middle of front side, so, when you acselerate a car stronghly, break fluid relise this sensor and ABS + VDC off lights are ON.

I've had this problem on my 05 sedan... It was the ABS module going bad. Water had leaked into it after the winshield was changed months before. Water marks where visable on the module. The abs module would get stuck and latch the ABS actuator. Disconnecting the batterie would reset the module and the relay to the actuator. Enventually the module completly died; ABS, SLIP, VDC and SES as well as a dead speedo pointed that the ABS module was the problem and not the actuator. I installed a used module picked up on ebay "Tab color match or P/N" and it did the job.

Funny you mention Russia Showdron...cuz I am from there
But here in US they use DOT3.

Ok I have topped it off just passed FULL mark and still have the same issue on rough roads.
BUT I only get ABS light, and not VDC.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks....

Just wanted to give special thanks to SHOWDRON for the input on this thread.

My ABS problem is solved by topping my break fluid just passed the FULL mark.
