Exclamation intake problem. HELP

So i just recently installed a cold air intake to my 05 coupe. things were going fine until i realized that whenever i would turn my air conditioning on my idle would flucuate drastically. It got to the point where my car would stall out if i was at a stoplight. I got my car into the shop and they said they could not find anything wrong with the engine but they suspected the intake to be the problem. I assumed it would have been the maf but when i put the stock intake on once more the problem was gone. I want to put the cold air intake back on but i want to know if i can do anything to stop the problem.

make sure the intake has no leaks? Unplug the battery and let the ecu reset.

as Heist said disconnect the battery etc then install it, connect the battery and start it up, let it idle for a few minutes then give it some revs (dont go crazy) and the ECU should adjust itself since the ECU used in the G adjusts itself... it might just be that the battery was not removed so it never adjusted so its thinking its not getting to right A/F levels etc.

Probably had a leak somewhere. The VQs really don't like un-metered air.
