Neil and I are shaking our heads right now. Just buy the damn megan and quit trying to save a few pennies. The Megan will sound 8000X better.

How smooth are your cars on the highway..i drove 4 1st gen sedans (trying to buy one)..all have light grinding vib in wheel and seat at like 75+..are they all like this? wtf

It seems like all the tires on the cars i drove have heel to toe wear on outside..my 07 X has the same thing..is it just the AWD on these cars?

Mine's pretty smooth up to around 70, then it gets some slight shake in the wheel. I'm 99% sure it's because I'm running on snow tires, so they get a little shaky above 70. Mine hasn't had any wear issues, but I'm paranoid about my alignment and wheel balance. '04x btw.

How loud is it? A lot of drone or no? This is probably what I will go with but just keeping my options open!

I don't notice anything out of the ordinary for vibrations in my car. Nothing that annoys me at least. I will have to pay more attention when I drive it tomorrow.

AWD question, I have no idea I have RWD...

with all due respect... what have you done with your car to warrant such a response to the mans post?

honestly with the windows down and the radio on, on the highway doing 80 i can barely hear the exhaust. i have hfcs, m2 ypipe and other engine mods that may alter the loudness. when taking off from a light tho its pretty loud if you go over 3500rpms

Sounds like just what I am looking for! I want to be able to hear it when going around town, but when cruising I want it to be quieter/absent.

Thank you!

Went the cheap-out route and regret it.

Alright guys my question which has been asked a million times but i cant find it anywhere... I am purchasing BC Coilovers today and intend on keeping near OEM ride height during the winter (need snow clearance), but SLAMMING in the summer (April or so of next year).

My question is with the BC racing maxxed out on the low side, will i need a front camber kit? I know the eibach is like half the price but will it adjust enough? Do i need the SPC or SPL kit (which one?). Also, would you guys recommend doing sway bars at the same time or waiting? Thinking about going coilovers then when i slam for summer going with some sways and the front camber kit. I have an alignment connection so i can get aligned whenever i want for free... Also endlinks are a concern. I can grease the hell out of everything but i am VERY annoyed by squeaks/noises. I have slammed many cars without any noises, just want to do the same on this car!

Not exactly sure if this is the best thread to ask my question but i hope somebody can hlep.

I bought a 2007 g35 jounety(or sports pack) i not sure which on is correct please forgive me.

I took it home from the dealership and was adjusting the car to my settings. this morning when i went to drive it to work, the fuel gauge needle was below the stop point in the cluster, this is an issue because the needle wont go past the stop point and show me how much gas is in the car.

I know that it works becasue when i brought it home from the dealership it was working great, don't know if i did something to cause that or if it an ongoing issue..

if anyone has any ideas or solutions to fix the problem please let me know
