Not to shoot you down... but give up on that idea. It'll be a crapload of work.
They changed the transmission computer completely around 04.5, and I seriously doubt the 03 ECU would jive with it, especially if it's the really old gray connector ECU.[/QUOTE]

I had a local shop say they could order me a newer transmission and all they would have to do is change the control module out or somethin. I have been some-what sketchy on the idea...thanks for the reply!!

Anybody know how to tell the difference between 05-06 sport and non-sport sedans?
Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse, I asked this in another thread and received no response.

Thanks for any help.

The only dead give away is that the sport cars have red shocks. Then on the 03/04's the wheels were different.

I'm not sure beyond that really

So then the red shocks that indicate a sport model would apply to 05-06 sedans as well? Not just 03-04 models?
Thanks again

I believe that only applies to the 05, and not the 06.

My 05 has the red shocks. I'm not sure about the 06's though I would assume NFSP G35 is right but cannot clarify.

Yes, but any more than 5mm and you're gonna want/need studs.

^Its an effect when your car is photographed at a particular angle in certain lighting conditions. A CPL filter brings it out even more.

^Pic embed fail big time LOL!

But the effect you're talking about is from using a circular polarized lens (AKA CPL)
