I'm trying to make a maintenance schedule easier on myself and put everything down on a notepad file for quick reference instead of searching through service records to find dates/mileage I last did something. I need some help with the recommended intervals to do various work. This is for a 2006 G35X and most of them have been done already (probably early), so instead of just saying the recommended time it should be done, I'm actually looking for the mileage to go before recommending it again.

Transfer Case Service - every 90k miles?
Front/Rear Differential Service - every 90k miles?
Engine Coolant Flush - seems to be 60k first, but then every 30k thereafter, is that correct?
Transmission Fluid Flush - every 90k miles?
Power Steering Fluid Flush - every ?
Brake Fluid Flush - every 4 years?

Lastly, I moved less than a year ago and no longer have a local Infiniti dealer to do my typical oil change and I'm pretty sure they used a synthetic blend. The best thing I have now is a Nissan dealer who uses full conventional (full synthetic was crazy expensive) and I did go ahead with that not to long ago when I was due. My driving needs have changed since the move and I now consider myself to be under Schedule 2, the 7500 mile Infiniti plan.
Will that mileage still apply for conventional oil or should I be looking at going more like every 5000 miles for oil changes?
I'd rather play it safe I think and go every 5k, but then it throws off tire rotation to either be every 10k or its own appointment at the recommended 7500 and a combined rotate/oil every 15k miles. So what would you suggest be the best plan for oil changes and rotations?

sway bars

Hello im a new 2003 G35 Sedan Owner , and im looking at a lot of parts , from what i see almost everything from a 350z and a G35 coupe fits our Sedans from 03 to 06 i think !! But I saw a kit of adjustable sway bars(hotchkis) and i have been told they dont fit a sedan is that true ?? and is the front grille from the G35 coupe fits the Sedan ??

First of all, welcome to the forum.

Now, you will be hazed.

Ok, hazing complete (or at least "complete" with reference to this particular post)

The front grille doesn't fit. Actually, none of the exterior body panels from the coupe fit the sedan.

As for the sway-bar, I'll let someone else comment.

Echoing what NFSP G35 said, the grills may look to be identical, but they're not (to start with all the bolt holes are in different places) so they will not fit

Hotchkis sway bars are the same for G35 Sedan (03- 06), Coupe (03-07) and 350Z (03-08). The G35X takes different sway bars but they also make those.

i will check up on that , thank you! every time i took it to a mechanic they dont know what is wrong with the car, and i really don't want to go to the dealer.

ill check if its that, i changed the sway bars and axles thinking it was that because they were worn out big time, but it really didnt solve the problem.

i dont want to think is the tranny bcuz everyone tells me , its fine, i just feel like its coming from the wheels.

ill come back if anything happens thank you.
have you had any similar problems?

Paint or sell Volk T37

My G is brilliant silver. I current have dark grey SSR Type C which pops better because of the darker wheel color. I love the Volk, just not crazy about my ride with too much silver and know I would be decreasing value if I have them powder coated a different color. I was thinking sell them (no curb rash at all) or paint and throw them on. I could use the money and to clear out my garage as I still have a set of heart racing GT5 to sell also. So need to sell 2 sets of wheels. Anyhow paint or sell?

Air Pressure Sensor Light on Dash ('06 G35 Sedan)

So my air pressure light has been on since I bought the car, two months ago, and I cant seem to find out why.. the pressure is good and everything.. so I took it to a dealer and they replaced one sensor for me and the light turned of, but 10 minutes of driving later, it came back on.. Does this mean the sensors maybe have to be reprogrammed or I have to buy a complete new set of sensors and if so how much would that cost? Thanks
