Random Little Question Thread
Sorry to hear man. At least you're ok.
Depreciation is a beotch. I bought my 05 fully loaded for $10k in 2014 in good shape, and now its only worth $7500-ish according to KBB. And I've only drove like 4k miles per year on it...
$10k from insurance isn't bad though. Just keep looking for an 06/07. They're around.

Alright. The next issue is all of my mods. Had coilovers, camber kit, double din, plenum spacer, alarm w/ remote start. Any idea on how to go about that? Seems like a pain to take all of that out.
The tiny front spoiler broke on the bumper cover of my 2006 G35X in the last snow storm. I'd like to get an OEM front lip spoiler as a replacement, but can't figure out which part number (#96015AM800 vs. #K6010AC712) is correct for the one that looks like the Ionic replica. Problem is Ionic is fiberglass & I need a plastic/OEM front lip spoiler for durability, since the car is my DD & driven in winter.
I've searched G35 Driver everywhere w/o success. Seen lots of references on where to buy an OEM front lip spoiler, but no OEM part #. Can anyone PLEASE provide this info!!! Thanks in advance.

Please feel free to shot me a PM if you have any more questions.
Thanks.

I have every single option available on my car and the dual outlets are kind of funny. I've never had both if them work at the same time. It seems as if the left is working the right isn't; then you replace the right fuse and the left blows..this goes on and on.
So, finally I just stopped fixing the blown one and the non-blown one never went out again. Kind of weird.
No sir, they didn't start using the concentric style until 07 on the V36 sedan. The coupe didn't get it until 08 on the G37. All 03-07 coupes and 03-06 sedans are external on the driver side of the transmission.
Left the house tonight, noticed a flickering of my headlight when I left the garage. I noticed my passenger headlight was out when I pulled up behind another car at a stoplight.
Gassed up, came home and my passenger light was on, but kind of a purple colored tint compared to the white color of the drivers side.
I turned my lights off and on several times in the garage, sometimes passenger side would come on or intermittently turn off. Is this more of an issue with the ballast, or bulb? Do you recommend changing one, the other or both? 07 coupe BTW stock HID
Thanks
Ron

That being said, I'd actually just take the light off and inspect for any obvious problems such as loose connections of any sort before you start replacing stuff. If nothing obvious (connection-wise) then switch bulbs and ballasts (one at a time) between both lights and see which part brings the problem with it.
