I think we use mechanical high beam pulls to hop fog/DRL and high.

Check your wiring and swap the bulbs from one side to the other. Pull the bulbs and make sure they're is nothing obstructing it.

Hammerhead, black headlights are bad ***.

So soon ill be getting my Motordyne TDX V2 to compliment my ART pipes. Im super pumped. My question is would adding headers (DC sport) cause my car to rasp?

^ how much of a difference did you feel with the ART pipes over the oem cats, is it push you back to the seat kind of torque? it says they give 25lb ft torque gain

I recently removed the ART pipes from my car (getting a new motor due to oil consumption). I DEFIANTLY noticed that my car felt sluggish after I removed the ART pipes. I am certain that the ART pipes make a couple more ponies/torque than any leading test pipe for our cars.
