There are a couple of weird sounds that "seem" to be coming from the bottom of my car (tranny?)

When I accelerate fairly hard, there's grind-like sound that comes from the bottom of the car. It only happens at the lower gears.

And also, if I idle in either Drive or Reverse, there's this sound that sounds like something is loose, but if I put the car into Park or Neutral, the sound disappears (brake pedal pressed).

Any idea what they could be?

I've wondered the same thing except with the Coupe arms. I haven't found an answer though.

Anyway, I know everybody was wondering how my non-functioning sidemarkers turned out. Apparently both bulbs were burned out even though one looked completely fine. I have no idea how long they've been out.

I was also able to get the blinker mod working and it actually looks pretty cool.

^Ok, further on that question (guess I should have asked at first)
Are the stock ones the same? Or will they add neg-camber?

That I don't know. Good question actually. If they do add neg camber, I don't think it would be all that much. No more than a degree is what I'm guessing...that's IF it does.

Stock camber arms should be the same part number so shouldn't add negative camber. This is why people get AFTERMARKET ones and not 350Z arms (or at least part of it)

we are working with the same basic sub framing

suspension parts are all interchangeable - except the X which has some "special" stuff

That's what I was thinking. Thought I thought it may be different because the Z is lower since it has shorter springs. Just wasn't quite too sure.

This is what I'm thinking. The X, RWD Sedan, Coupe, and Z all have similar suspension setups, but they all sit at different heights. Since there is very little adjustment with the OEM arms, it makes me think they might be different lengths. I have no idea though.

I'm guessing that maybe the toe is different? I mean the rears can be adjust only so much, but the front camber can't be adjusted at all.
