first and foremost it is an honor to be a part of this site and the g35 family.

a friend is selling a set of greddy coilovers off his 03 350Z and i no that they are a direct fit but i do not no much about the spring rates and how it will affect the ride quality?
what is the best advice?

are they dampening adjustable?

welcome man ... are they the type S coilovers .. if so they are adjust 32 different ways and i believe they are the 10k F and 8K rear but almost all coilovers you can get different spring rates... but that 10-8 setup is the basic one ..

yes they are the basic type s 32 way adjustable, so the spring rates wont be a issue?

I'm not sure of the spring rates but if they are adjustable dampening then They will probably ride a little rough. Honestly I'd with something more like tein basics much more of an oem ride quality but they can go pretty low if they are off a Z or a coupe

yea 10k front 8k rear .. i had bc coils same springs rates but they were a little aggressive and stiff for me and my new born but if i was single i would have kept them .. so imo you should be fine with those spring rates .. there are quite a few guys in here running those spring rates without a proble

I'm running the greddy type s coilovers for a 350z on my 04 sedan. No problems here and I absolutely love them. I like a stiffer ride than stock so I have no complaints.
