new owner mod advise?

hey guys first wanted to say hi and im liking the g35 forum so far.. im coming over from the m3 world and some other forums also. i built my m past the dd able point so i picked up a g as a nice dd. its a 03 pearl white sedan 6mt i get some pics up once i get a chance to wash her good. she needs some imperfections taken care of but overall nice. im looking for some suggestions on starting mods. Im going to be ordering coils for it in a week or so, if i cant find some good deals on ones in the fs section. and *** of right now i have powder coated stockers ill be running for the winter. so far ive though about up grading to the new headlights, led interior, and maybe a custom shift **** just for some laughs.. i have some pretty sick ***** shift ***** from some of my 240's i might throw in for a pic haha.. but that pretty much it once summer is coming back around itll get a nice roll and pull and a nice stance... but any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.. thanks again

I'm sure alot of guys/gals here will tell you the first thing to do is wheels and suspension. However, there are tons of things you can start off with that's relatively inexpensive like painting the grill, headlight bezels and window trim (you can do a search for all of these mods). Does your sedan have the Aero package? If not, you might opt for aftermarket front bumper, side skirts and rear lower lip. The factory Aero kit has been discontinued, but there are a few companies (check out the vendor and private classifieds) that offer bunch of stuff for our 03-04 sedans.
GL! and welcome from KY!

04 smg vert
cinn interior
AA stage 2 sc
methanol injected
and tons of other stuff

and thanks im liking the site for sure just trying to find info on some closed lsd's for sedans maybe ahha

thanks rob for the info i dont believe i have the aero package as the bottom i have is the abs plastic color(kind of looks like a black lip kit almost but most definitely just oem) thats why i figured powder coated oems would be ok for the winter have a little of the panda craze look haha.. also ill check into some windo visors if thats what you mean by window

Swaybars and a 5/16" spacer should always be 1. and 1A. on any starting mods list for a G35. Makes driving more noticeably fun.

New headlights? You mean a projector retrofit? Those can get pretty pricey, unless you're handy with a dremel/tools.

I was actually talking about painting the chrome trim around your windows (blackening them out), but window visors would be a good idea (it's personal preferrence really).
