Glad you're ok, Jeff. Damages look like $4,000-4,500. I'd try and get a new headlight for the undamaged side because it will look funny if you don't. You might be able to negoiate this in or the body shop might be able to cut you a deal since the car is a part. As far as the Nismo bumper, your best bet is to take the money for a new cover and paint and try and source a Nismo bumper yourself, hopefully in a painted condition. This will be close to impossible since they don't make them and are hard to find. I'm not aware of anyone making an aftermarket poly verison of this bumper.
Another option is to buy a low key lip spoiler for the standard cover and have it painted and mounted at the same time. They should cut you a deal for this as well.

If that's the case, I'd take the money for a new bumper cover and finishing, pocket it, then ask the shop to prep and paint your Nismo. You should come out what ahead.

You wont be able to have the insurance pay for a new nismo. They will more than likely send out an adjuster and write an estimate. They will use your vin # and it will pull up the parts that they will pay for. It will be between you and the shop if you want different parts other than oem and what insurance pays for.
