Changing the belts is relatively easy. For someone who has no or limited mechanical experience it's a good project to gain confidence to be able to work on your own car.

yah, Maybe twice the screen has gone blank on my radio in 5 years, I just turn the car off and back on and it fixes itself.. as for the belts, I may just have them done when I finally decide to stop being lazy and have my new pads/cross drilled installed up front! hahaa

Yeah I'm having the exact same issue w/ the cd player and I need new belts.
