is there a how to on this subject? i've looked and see nothing.
and also is it worth doing a mod for the 6mt?

From what I can remember, short throw shifters that are out there for this car have a lot of "play"...but anyone can correct me if I'm wrong. That's why I haven't gotten one

 

yes there are many write-ups. look up 350z short shifter install.
- i have no problems with mine. B&M short shifter.
yes this mod is worth it. all depends on what your goals are.

 

using the short shifter as a daily driver thing. point a to point b

 

I looked into this and there are many people who are happy with the Rogue Engineering short shifter and reccommend the mod as an "upgrade" to the stock shifter. I am looking into getting one now

 

Ok thats good. I meant what are your current/future mods. If u are asking if it's worth it then yes it's is.. Especially if u have a heavy aftermarket clutch or use the car for autoX and paired with a great shift ****..The short shifter is a great mod. GL.

 

Does it help with 1-2 up****? Its a bitch with this car and if it will help to make it easier i will definetly get one.


P.S guys with stock clutches, is the peddle stiff or not so much. Mine is pretty stiff.
