I got the energy set for less than $100 and i'll install them myself. I'm thinking about doing the shocks at the same time before get the alignment for the car too. I'm trying to stay from the stealerdealership faiz23

If your bushings look okay and you are just getting some squeaks, you might try greasing your swaybar bushings. They are notorious for being noisy.
I'm replacing my endlinks and greasing those bushings this week in hopes of getting rid of some pops and creaks. If not, I'll order an Energy Suspension kit and replace everything.

So it's unanimous? This kind of problem is cause by the bushings. When i sent my car to the dealer for the rust on the door they told me i had to change the full control arm and the tie rods and more... totlay fees $1200
I was a little taken back about it so I brought it at a local garage and they told me there were no problems with either the control arm or the tie rods.
I do have a rattling noise from the passenger when hitting a bump, I suspect that the bushing is wornout.
I also have a LOUD cracking noise from the driver side when i turn at low speed. It's not always present and I cannot replicate the problem. It's more of a intermitent thing. would this also be a bushing problem?
I'm thinking i'll get those Whiteline bushing. But i another question come to mind. Is it the same bushing in the g35x and the normal g35? this is on a 2005 G35X

Loud popping noises are typically caused by worn bushings or endlinks. Nobody on this forum seems to know if the AWD bushings are the same size as the RWD ones. You can either chance it with the aftermarket RWD bushings and hope they fit or just go with OEM.Originally Posted by tark

You'd think that with all these complaints about compression rod bushings that the dealers would fix these at no additional cost to the end user. What a load of bull...

Just as an update...replacing front/rear endlinks and swaybar bushings didn't fix my problem. It was also much more of a PITA than I was anticipating due to the weird AWD front links and all of the bolts being torqued to what seemed like 1000 ft. pounds.
My next step will be to check the top strut mounts. If that doesn't work, I'll attempt to change all of the bushings over to poly.
