vibration 45-60 (not out of balance)
I have 20 inch Avarus AV1 staggered set up 245/30/20 front 275/30/20 rear 04 sedan rwd .
The other day I was driving and noticed a vibration throughout the car between 40-60 mph. Then it would go away. Then I would do the same thing again and it wouldn't do it. So thinking it was the wheels I took them had them balance them and it didn't need it. So I replaced with my stock rims and still the same thing. Would could cause this?

Dropping it off with the shop tonight. I drove it to work today with stock rims and pulled into the parking garage and smelled something. Went to the back left wheel and its smoking hot. So there is something going on for sure. I think your all right. I'm thinking bearing. will find out tomorrow and report back

Not sure why they replaced the line first. The only reason for the line being the culprit is if there was something clogging the line preventing fluid from releasing when you disengage the brake pedal. If that were the case, the entire system would need a full flush to get whatever else could be in there. It could affect more than just one part. I would have thought caliper first. At least it's covered.
