some one told me it could be my endlinks but im not tryin to play the guessing game ...
its always something stupid with this car ...i guess since we dont get no engine or tranny issues "KNOCK on WOOD" we get minor dumb things excluding the whole radio issue which i just spent alot on

You have a 9 year old car with over 80K miles. Get used to replacing parts that are subject to normal wear and tear like the CRs, the lower control arms, spark plugs, ball joints, end links, etc. The radio issue does suck since it's such an expensive part to replace, but overall the G is a very reliable car, especially in relation to the expensive things you mentioned like the motor and tranny.

If you don't have the financial means to be able to replace these wear and tear items, you bought the wrong car. Might want to contemplate selling it and getting something newer with less miles so you won't have the headache. Also, if you can turn a wrench you will save a ton of money fixing up your G, rather than paying ridiculous prices for labor at the dealer or favorite mechanic. Our dealership wanted to charge me $375 to fix the dreaded axle click, so I spent $7 on a tube of synthetic grease, got under the car, and 2 hours later had fixed the issue myself. $7 and 2 hours of my time > $375..............................we call them stealerships for a reason.

yea i was thinking that when everything kept messin up on me

it is a good car and like i told my friend and girlfriend who have car payments ...i don't and replacing parts here and there its better than having a monthly bill ..i actually plan on keeping this car for a very long time whatever i fix should last me a long time before something else needs fixing

i had 9 vehicle's including a motorcycle and I'm 24 years old I'm just gonna buy something pretty new in the future cash and not worry about spending money on a car and just drive it ... "yeah right to that " lol its always something lol lmao

Might not necessarily be the whole compression rod? Because isn't it supposed to be pretty rare for those to go bad? Maybe the bushings?

yeah i was told that i have to replace the entire arm because the bushing don't come off ...so thats what i did

i read online that you can buy the bushing by a certain part number and have the old ones pressed out and the new ones pressed in maybe next time ill try that but i think its gonna be a problem if the other side its whats bad so it goes both ways
