So now 85.29% of Maxima owners have replaced theirs with a G35.

^LOL yup that's about the just of it.

To the OP, welcome! I'd recommend leaving the intake alone, if anything, just pick up a Z tube (the intake tube between the MAFS and the Throttle body elbow off a 350Z). The stock G intake is pretty good as it sits, the Z tube will net the biggest gains and is the cheapest from what I've seen so far.

If you want a little more noise from the exhaust get a G35 Coupe mid-pipe, they're cheap as well (under $70 usually) and will give the sedan a much better growl.\

Other than that I'd just go after exterior appearance as others stated.

Auto or 6mt?

The coupe middy can be found in the private classifieds exhaust section. check into it once and a while, you'll find one. They're a little more than the $70 due to shipping a large box + installation. Eibach springs or coupe/z springs can be DIY for around $200. The Z-tube is $50 or less. K&N panel filter $50 new, or less used. Coupe 19's are about $600 to $800 (depends on condition) + shipping + tires.
The other common mods are the manifold spacer, brakes upgrade to slotted with more aggressive pads. Some guys use wheel spacers for a flush look. I'm fairly new to posting to these boards so keep reading and search for what others have said.

Welcome, clean-looking sedan. Yeah, you don't have to spend a mint to do some tasteful mods that won't affect your driveability.
