^Yes it is a stock y pipe. I'm picking up either a megan y or an hr y soon.

Hey guys i really like the Megan muffler but i was wondering if the stock coupe mid pipe would be better then the mid pipe the Megan set up comes with?

well the megan one is stainless steel and 3" diameter, so the megan one looks nicer and has better flow

Sounds good...Seems to be a lot louder than my Tanabe.

Edit: Just saw you have HFC's...Makes more sense now.

Yes HFC haha. Never had it installed without HFC so don't know how much louder they made it

This Megan is a great value...although on the eBay ad it only looked like the Y pipe back...?

Took a video on the Iphone after I put the Megan Racing Y pipe on to complete the system. Rasp has been reduced but still exists a little bit.
