but that's not what it is. If I keep my foot fully depressed on the brake the shift is just rough but quick. I'm pretty sure it's not the axle click, just the transmission shifts rough for some reason. It drives perfectly fine and no issues at all. It's not the $50 I'm worried about it's just that I don't know if the fluid will be dirty.
that noise that happens at 32 seconds in is what i'm speaking of. Sometimes it louder and more felt then other days.

But what you speak of maybe one of your mounts are bad. Either one of the rear diff mount or bushings or a trans mount. Say when you shift from P to R then mount is suppose to absorb the driveline shock
