Rattling from front pass wheel well - any ideas?

well i've noticed for a bit that there has been some rattling kinda noise from my 05 sedans front pass wheel well. i first noticed it one nite and thought maybe the tire was loose but the car itself was driving fine and riding fine. i pulled over and checked the tire to make sure i bolted it down after rotating the tires. the wheel seemed fine but, lately my wife has been driving due to my license being suspended (missed a court date for following too closely...yea) and since i've been in the passenger seat more i've noticed the rattle.

i'm gonna get the car up on stands tomorrow and see what i can find but, for now i was wondering if there were maybe some kinda defective parts or a normal issue with anything that maybe i don't know about. again it's an 05 sedan and the wheels are the standard 17" wheels. anyone else had any issues with the suspension or anything?

Is this an AWD model?

Could be front universal, but not sure if that would be a rattle-type of noise. Still..something to check.

Possibly end links, but kind of hard to tell based strictly on the description. Does it sound more like clunking or actually rattling?

Id say its either the end links or the bushings aswell, sometimes it can be something stupid, maybe the lining on the inside of your fender is not screwed in towards the bottom and at idle it rattles. Also is the rattling when driving or only at idle now that I mention it lol? And are you sure its the front?

now that you mention it, it is more of a clunking sound but, it does it alot. from pass experiences with other vehicles, clunking sounds happened with steering. i suppose it could be a steering component but, even when driving straight it does it's think and i can kinda feel it in the steering wheel a little bit.

the sound only happens when driving. i'm like 99% sure it's the front pass wheel. i'll check it out tomorrow tho.

today instead of handling my car problems i helped a friend with his c230. he's got about an 8 hour drive in the morning to tampa and i really wanted to make sure everything was nice and sound so he has a safe trip.

My guess is still end links then if it's more of a clunk.
