All you need to do is make some custom mounts. It's not hard and shouldn't stop you from swapping it in. Any one with mild fabrication experience should have no problem making you some. Here is an example the RWD conversion mounts for the FWD motor. These will only fit a 240sx btw...

FWD block aside....
do you really want to put money into a 190,000K mile engine? I'd hate to see someone put a bunch of money rebuliding a engine with so many miles on it's core components. There's a reason why that engine is a core.
Considering the time since the original post, the OP's either sitting with a boat anchor in his garage..or backed out of the deal. Hopefully #2
