I do like the g37s. I'd like more power across the board, and the upgraded navigation system sounds very cool. However the all wheel steering sounds strange. I've read that it's more active than other cars that I've driven with all wheel steer. I'd probably want to avoid that, which may make it a little more difficult to find the right g37.

I'm just such a tail lights kind of guy. That's everyone will see anyway MUAHAHAAA! (jk... kind of.)

For example I'd NEVER buy a GS300 with the small rounded tail lights. If I were given one, I'd sell it. However... Those long Aristo tail lights are right up my alley.
It's weird what each of us loves about cars, huh?
You must be a tier 2 if your phone barely rings. Or you have a legit team, I'm stuck with a bunch of whiners.

I'd suggest taking a 37 around for a spin from a dealership or something to get the feel of the handling. When compared to my 35 I didn't really feel much of a difference.

I say the 37 sedans and 35 coupes have the best taillights. But the power the 37s put down is that much more than the 35de. And don't listen to anyone who says otherwise.

Even my first couple of jobs weren't too awfully busy. Mondays and Fridays we'd get murdered. We'd miss calls it'd be so busy. But mid week, we'd go 3 hrs or more without a call sometimes, it was so weird. It's after 11, our last call was at 10:08 and I missed it. They call me "quickdraw" sometimes hahah.

37s are ~$13k where I live. But 37s are EVERYWHERE now. There's like 6 within view of where I park at home. There's a banged up black 37 directly across from me.
So many, that when I see a 35 (the rear) from the corner of my eye, it really catches my attention. I see a 35 every other day or 2 driving an hour to and from work. Yesterday, I saw one go into the HOV lane, so I decided to follow him into the HOV, just to stare at the rear of his car for 10 minutes, to decide if that's a feature worth losing
I see about 3 or 4 G37s on my way to work in 1 direction. I don't know if Texas is different than anywhere else or what.

I do like more power and features... And less oil burning.
But I'm a sucker for certain aesthetics.

I just picked up a 2006 G35 sedan. While it wasn't a screaming deal, I felt it was a more than fair price as everyone was asking the same or more for similar G35 sedans with high mileage AND rebuilt/salvage titles. NO THANKS!

While the G37s are nice, the prices are significantly higher for one in decent condition. I'm very happy with the G35 as its already a very fun car to drive. For how much I paid, I'm certainly not complaining as I'll have a ton of fun with it.

G37 has what, 330 hp? Vs 280 for G35 AT, 300 for MT.

My test drives, I floored it. The G37 has very noticeably more power. However, the 2006 X I got was 10k @ 90k miles, vs 20k+ for 50k+ miles on 3 separate cars.

What I did find in the G37, in three different cars I test drove, was that hard braking caused the entire car to wobble. Maybe I randomly drove 3 separate dealership cars that all had the same problem. Which is... all of them needed rotor replacement? Anyway I went with the cheaper option where I felt safe with the kids in the car, vs the extra power with the weird wobble issue. The G37 rearview mirror is also... smaller. G35 is bigger, easier to see behind you. LOL.

I just got a copper plenum spacer and am installing it in a couple of weeks. So yeah... comes down to budget and how you feel in the cars you test.

2007-2008 G35 sedan has 306HP with the AT.

And yeah, these cars are notorious to brake rotor warping. The G35's are prone to this as well. I've moved away from OEM rotors to using Centric Premium rotors and it's improved the resistance to brake pulsations. There's no guarantee you won't get it on my '06 as well. I've warped 3 sets of rotors on my 06x so far...

Seems to be a Nissan problem. My 13 Armada rotors warped, were turned and warped again. Gonna go aftermarket in an attempt to fix the problem. I too like Centric as alot of aftermarket brake companies use their blanks and sell them as their own.

I agree. Very easy to warp the brakes on these cars.

I've taken my Mustang autocrossing and drag racing with OEM rotors on them and still are still vibration free. I back out of the driveway with my G35 and they warp.
