$25 Bluetooth car adapter from Amazon.
Tunes into an empty radio station and connects to your phone vie Bluetooth. I use it exclusely now even though I have the OEM Nissan Ipod kit in my car. Reason I can't use that is because it's the old style 30[pin connector and adapters don't work with it.

I just installed a Grom Usb3 in mine. Not cheap retails for $150 got mine for $115 off ebay. But I like how I can plug in my phone using the usb and I can control it with the steering wheel controls. Also has an aux for when my passengers want to play music. Cheapest is the bluetooth car adapter. Just know it aint gonna be perfect all the time.

I'm using this one. No issues at all and it's pretty clear even when playing music at max volume.
Just go on Amazon and search "Bluetooth FM transmitter". A bunch pop up and some are highly rated with nicer displays and such.

I'm using an old school 80GB ipod there now, but I couldn't tell you the last time I added new music to it. Having to plug it into a laptop just seems so old school.
