Easiest/cheapest to get auxiliary compatibility

Hey guys, what is the easiest and cheapest way to be able to plug my phone into an auxiliary socket to listen to music from my phone? I heard of buying some sort of adaptor? Is that correct?

$25 Bluetooth car adapter from Amazon.

Tunes into an empty radio station and connects to your phone vie Bluetooth. I use it exclusely now even though I have the OEM Nissan Ipod kit in my car. Reason I can't use that is because it's the old style 30[pin connector and adapters don't work with it.

I just installed a Grom Usb3 in mine. Not cheap retails for $150 got mine for $115 off ebay. But I like how I can plug in my phone using the usb and I can control it with the steering wheel controls. Also has an aux for when my passengers want to play music. Cheapest is the bluetooth car adapter. Just know it aint gonna be perfect all the time.

Ebay link isn't up no more. Guess it was just a sale they had. This is the one I got. You can check other places or keep checking eBay and see if they got a deal going on.

Thanks! I may have to try that. The connection with the old 30 pin and lightning adapter seems to get a little sketchy at times.

I can't even get an adapter to work. I've tried 3 and none worked for me.

I'm using an old school 80GB ipod there now, but I couldn't tell you the last time I added new music to it. Having to plug it into a laptop just seems so old school.
