This is what I did to mine today. Happy that I don't have to drive it in the winter but can't wait to drive her again.

I have an 06 G35 sedan Auto, and after doing some research, I only need 350z cats, exhaust and an ecu to maybe get 290-300hp?

Today I installed the sick speed automatic shift **** adapter with a DBZ shift ****. Still test fitting and working on a boot to wrap around it. Looks pretty ugly right now but still in the works!

I see you haven't learned much about your car in the almost year you've been a member here. Keep reading about power adders my young padewon.

Holy mother of God, with such a good looking car on the outside why would you smurf up the interior with this monstrosity? Lots better looking options like the SxExCx *****. Offered in brushed aluminum that matches the dash and titanium, including a burnt finish. Few enough people run them so they're still fairly rare in comparison to how many automatic G's are out in the world. Here's mine:

So what's the difference between the 03-05 350z vq35de and the G sedan a/t vq35de? 350 makes 287hp. Ours makes 280. I heard the difference was exhaust and ecu

I thought you were talking about 300HP to the wheels. The 287 rating applies to the rev-up motor in a G or Z but they have less torque than the non-revup. 280 applies to the non rev but has more torque.

Adding 10 HP will be a waste of money for you because I highly doubt you will feel it so why do it? Urbanengineer gave you the best advice in this whole thread, go back and re-read his post.

No. I meant crank horsepower. 350z's had Non rev up motors until 2005 (287 chp), only the 35th anniversary submodel included the rev up motor which was 300hp crank hp. But maybe you're right, an exhaust and ecu is not worth 7 hp.

simpliest/cheapest way to 300hp to the wheels in these cars is nitrous, otherwise you wasting your time and money with trying to extract additional major power from these cars when essentially you could just go buy a better/faster/more tunable car altogether, for example, with all that money invested in mods/tuning costs over due time.

I was gonna do a plenum spacer but one of my friends said he had it installed on his 06 350z non revup and he didn't notice any difference. Looks like I'll be sticking to appearance mods. Thanks guys.

Started today to install NWP 75mm TB, Motordyne spacer, new drive belts, new valve cover gaskets, Denso spark plugs, and new Crankshaft sensors should be done tomorrow! Then heading to Z1 Motorsports for my TCM & ECU tune the 29th!!

I've already Installed full exhaust earlier this year, Torque dampener, G/Z Suspension, brake upgrade, HR pipe, Test pipe, and Z1 intake. This was supposed to be my DD but it has turn into a NA build
