Changed my 3rd brake light. As of this year in Texas, it has to be functional to pass state safety inspection. Definitely want to get that done prior to doing the Art Pipes just in case I get a CEL, at least then I'll have 12 1/2 months to get that sorted out before my next inspection.

Installed my spacer (finally) and started it up and instant stall and sucking noises. Double checked everything and still stalling and sucking noises. Upon further investigation and research there's suppose to be a gasket at the top of the spacer correct? I didn't have one because I grabbed this at the boneyard. So I'm assuming the lack of gasket is making a huge vacuum leak. Where can i get one locally? Or is rtv going to be my best bet?

Well I know there is a bottom gasket but I don't have the gasket that sits on top of the spacer, I just tried the Rtv and it helped enough to stop the car from stalling but it's a a loud pitched noise so u got frustrated and removed it and went back to stock. Car fired right up.

Got my car inspected. Passed now that the 3rd brake light is fixed.

Now ready to do the Art Pipes. Won't have to worry about an inspection again until the end of May 2018.

Sounds like she's a keeper, and so is the wife I'm guessing.

TBH, what I really want to do (if I have $10-15k I want to burn) is what the guy who did the Art Pipe install (in 45 minutes too!) has...
