Broken Tail Light
My fiance backed into another vehicle over the weekend and broke our tail light.
I have ordered a replacement tail light lens and am wondering if its a big job to install. Has anyone had to replace their lens that could provide some input?
Thanks,

Thanks for the info.....does the entire tail light assembly need to be removed?
Yes, you have to remove the entire assembly. Unfortunately you cannot just buy the outer lens. I know because I had a small chip in my outer lens, and had to replace the entire tail light for like $160 (dealer price is like $240). That's for the coupe though, not sure about sedan. It's really simple, like 4 bolts you take out after pulling the carpet back and the whole light falls right off. Just pull the carpet back in the trunk...you'll see how simple.

Ahh, I see. I wasn't aware that the whole assembly needed replaced. From the the picture in the ebay auction that I won, it looked like it was just the outer lens.
