about a month ago i had a code for my car which said cylinder 5 had a misfire. I then changed out my old spark plugs with bosch iridium the problem mostly went away but everytime the car stops its jumping atleast 10 times !!! i tried testing the coils and all are operating. i also went back in to check my gap on the plugs and all is correct. i switched the coil plugs thinking i got one mixed but everything is correct. I used the smoke technique to try to see if i had a vacuum leak and there is also no leak. I am kind of thinking its a ECU but i am not sure. Also the CAM SENSOR driver side has been changed also. I need a solution...

Have you checked for codes? Even if the SES light isn't on, you can still have pending codes. Could be the #5 coil is on its way out.
