What year, and how many km?

That's quite the overhaul for a "daily" driver. Best of luck.

If you did your research you'd know what it takes to have a reliable turbo G35... that last one there should also include a $7000 engine rebuild and even then it's not a car I'd feel comfortably dailying.... Might as well swap an LS especially if you want it to last 100k+ miles.

Have not read a lot on turbos. Read somewhere it was a great single turbo for daily drivers.

There's a reason you don't see many turbo VQ35DEs and the reason for that is a combination of high cost, low power output, and below average lifespan.

Good to know, thank you for the information. Anything else on the list you might change?

6 speed G35 sedan
Just do the typical bolt-ons and a tune. Should make an extra 35-40 hp or so, make the car more fun to drive. Then do the Hotchkis anti-roll bars and 350Z springs and struts. Tightens up the suspension and gives a very street-able 1" drop. If you want big power improvements, like already suggested, do an LS swap. Way more room in the engine bay for a turbo or supercharger too. Buddy of mine has one, cam. headers, some head work. Makes 480 hp at the wheels.

Yeah if you've got the money to burn on a G35 changing out every single bushing to polyurethane should make a huge difference in the way the car drives since all the stock bushings are worn out on age alone at this point. You didn't mention 6MT or auto, but for an auto TransGo shift kit, for a 6MT either do the RJM clutch pedal ($$$) or delete the clutch assist spring in the stock assy (free, takes an hour)

Also if your daily drive involves nighttime and you like to go fast at night better headlights than those Chinese ones would be nice. If you've got money to burn either get a retrofit or clean up a set of 06 projectors
