Just starting to tune my 05' G35x auto with a shift kit. I'm going to run 8-12psi at first on the 166k mile tranny to see how long it lasts. I have a build thread on it in the media share section if you want to keep updated on how long it holds up.

Be prepared to spend in the 5 figure range to properly build a turbo unless you can rebuild the motor and install the turbo yourself. It'll cost more than the car's worth to do it right.
