Different Fan Control Module problem.

2007 G35 journey.

Fans run full speed all the time...easy, change the Control Module.

Got a Beck/Arney
Checked current first, both fans around 8-9 amps.
Couldnnt get engine hot enough to turn fans on. AC turned fans on.
Overheated in town. Hardwired the fans and got home.

Put OEM back in
Fans working again at full blast.

Ordered TYC fan assembly (module and new fans)
Fans pull 7.9 and 9 amps.
AC turns the fans on. Engine reaches 215 degrees fans come on and temps drop to 190.
Did this consistently for 5 cycles. Perfect!
Went out to the car at lunch and AC was running crappy. Fans didn't turn on.
Fans do turn on at 215, but only did this for 2 cycles.
3rd cycle engine reached 219 and fan blew for half second. Finally shut engine off at 220.

I have a new Beck/Arney module and the OEM. I don't want to start swapping modules if my car is blowing modules.

Is it possible that my car is killing modules?

It gets better.

Afterwork, Fans turn on with AC.
Drive around and temps never passed 195.
Decided to high tail it home. Temps got up to 204 on the way. About 20 miles @60mph.

Pull into garage temps start rising but not passed 210.
Turn AC off and fans stop. Around fans come on around 215 for 2 cycles.

Stopped working and shut her down around 220.

Could it be a faulty temp sensor, if so, is it the one between radiator fans?
