While turning a corner with an indent in the road I heard a loud band come from the right rear of my 2003 Infinity G35 sdn. It feels as though something is out of whack. Any ideas what it might be? I parked the car as soon as I could.

 

Likely a suspension arm or bushing failed. Have an alignment/suspension shop give it a look.

 

It could be anything practically. Could be sway bar end-link or the bracket they mount to. I broke one on an old Accord a few years ago, cut a canyon road corner too tight and clipped the curb. It made a hellacious noise when it snapped.
