VDC off and Slip Lights

I recently had all control arms upper and lower on both sides replaced. Also had ball joints and tie rod ends replaced as well. I know the car needs an alignment ( could this be my issue ). steering wheel is at like 4 o’clock for the car to go straight down the road? guess what i wanna know is what could be causing these lights if its not the alignment. TIA

Edit : Also throwing p0507

Biggest question is why isn't your steering wheel straight anymore. Sounds like your shop didn't lock the steering wheel and count turns on the new tie rod ends. You should have refused the vehicle immediately if they didn't have the steering wheel set straight.

P0507 - idle higher than normal, this has nothing to do with the suspension being off. Look for a vacuum leak.

First you need to get an alignment correction, you will probably also need to take the car to Nissan to get the steering angle sensor recalibrated since the shop that did the suspension work screwed up. That's probably why your VDC/SLIP lights are on, steering angle isn't matching anymore. Nissan typically charges 1 hour of labor to recalibrate the steering angle sensor so around $150.

If the steering wheel isn't properly centered when going straight, the computer disables the VDC/Slip systems once it realizes you're going straight and not in a skid. I had that issue when my LCAs were shot.
