So my car starts..... But dash lights are not lit AC don't work .... And when I wiggle the key while it's started everything turns on all sudden. Or sometimes I have to start the car a bunch of times to get it to work.
bad key? Bad ignition? I mean it's weird because why would the car start but the dash lights and AC/radio not have power?

Sounds like a loose connection in the ignition switch.
