Has Anyone Noticed a Big Difference After Reducing Sunlight Inside Their G35?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been wondering about ways to make summer driving more comfortable in our cars. Sitting in a hot cabin with sunlight glaring through the windows can get pretty uncomfortable, and I’m curious if there are effective ways to address it without compromising visibility.
Some solutions, like applying protective films to windows, are supposed to help keep the interior cooler and reduce harsh light. I’m interested in hearing from people who’ve actually tried it, did it make a noticeable difference in temperature or driving comfort? Any lessons learned, recommended approaches, or things to avoid?
Would love to get your opinions and real-world experiences!

First, read up on your local traffic laws and window tint so you don't get busted and end up sweating even more. But here in south florida, 25% tint passes all cops and provides enough shade. If you have black interior like my Jaguar, then no tint will help as the black absorbs heat. Trees and building shadows always work well..
