And, BTW - most of the U.S. car mags and such agree that as nice as the Legacy GT is and as fast as it is, the car doesn't have the available options other cars such as the Infiniti G35 do and is just not in the same car class as the Infiniti G35, BMW 3 Series, Lexus IS, Audi A4, and Mercedes. If anyone would give props to the Subbie Legacy GT and try to bring it up to the same level as the above mentioned sports sedans, then the car mags would...competition is always good for the automobile business. However, when the comparos are done, the Legacy GT is always compared to lower level cars in it's own class. Maybe, if Subaru were really serious about raising the level of the Legacy GT, then they shouldn't have offered a "base" model with a crappy, non-turbo 4 cyl. econobox engine and a base price of under $22k.
I own a G35, learn to read. What, the lack of HID’s & Navi constitute its lack of competitiveness in the features department. REREAD the thread. What does it compete with then?

According to the car mags and online reviews, the Subbie Legacy GT's main competitors are the Acura TSX (not TL to which is the Infiniti G35's direct competitor although it's FWD), the VW Passat, Mazda 6, Honda Accord, and Toyota Camry. I'll add a few more worthy competitors of the Legacy GT - the Nissan Maxima (even though it too has more ammenities than the Legacy GT), Altima, Volvo S40, and the Saab 9-3. However, the Legacy GT, although certainly faster than the Acura TSX, still doesn't have the luxury and options the TSX does. In my book, the plain winner as agreed by most car mags is the Acura TSX.

Wow! Well I like both they serve their purpose well.

Mid-luxury sport sedan.

Luxury sport sedan.

Great prices too.

How can argue with that?

None of which compare. I remember a magazine that did a comparison with the 350Z and cars way out of its league. Gives little creditability to magazine opinions on what is a worthy car. Facts & real world testaments are what are important. Not what a biased goof ball from Car & Driver or Road & Track say's. I saw the comparison & the legacy owned. Not to mention: http://www.roadandtrack.com/article....&page_number=5 & these do not reflect what the Legacy has got in the real world or in other magazines. The TSX & Legacy GT Ltd. does not belong together Period. Before you post things about options REREAD THE THREAD. http://www.subaru.com/shop/specifica...DAN&category=*, http://www.forbes.com/vehicles/2005/..._0228test.html, http://www.fast-autos.net/subaru/subarulegacy.html.

I do hope that is not directed at me. If you wish to help change this thread to a civil one then keep your opinions to yourself so you do not get burned.

And you say you own a G35...really? You don't sound like a G35 Driver to me...more like a Subbie Legacy GT driver. Let's see pics of your G35 (and not your friend's G35 either)...What's wrong with you? If you do drive a G35, then why are you soooo bent out of shape about winning this argument you are so adamant about? Dude, you've got problems.

I don't need to REREAD the thread as you've suggested twice. I've heard all this stuff before many times when a couple other Subbies from LegacyGT.com decided many months ago to come here on G35Driver.com and start an e-fight. This crap you're pulling isn't new; just another lame attempt to get some much sought after respect from other auto enthusiasts. You don't see us talking garbage on LegacyGT.com. Oh and BTW - yes, you are right...ALL the guys at C&D, MT, R&T, Edmunds, etc...they're ALL biased idiots. Last time I checked, these experts are well regarded and well respected. Csaba Csere is a regular on the Today Show...now who's the idiot, him or you?

I see none here, & no your right I do not. You do it behind their back while they have no defense.

I am not a yuppie; I read statistics, research & do my own testing before I come to a conclusion. I do not follow the word of any man or opinion. I make my own based on knowledge accumulated. Now if that is all let us leave it at that.

My name derives from a boxing anime. Why, well lets see, oh that’s right I’m a boxer. I should have thought of that one. While you are looking up my past, get it right. I would be considered a middleweight, but my goal weight is 200 @ 8-10 % body fat. Hardly the makings of a fat person, wouldn’t you say. Oh, & by the way I hope the next 80+ year old women likes dominatrix because those granny panty depends are snazzy, & you two would make a great couple. Man you guy’s should grow up. Not once did I ask any of you tards to like it. As I said, I posted it for the thread STARTER! Therefore, he can make an informed decision. I am not the one trying to sell anything. However, it sure is apparent that you guy’s are. If you have an opinion on something, that is one thing but to write something off because it does not suit you & then try to continue to smear it is childish. The G35 is cool & so is the Legacy. Let the man decide based on the knowledge gained. It would have been cool if you & your lovers gave respectful opinions, period. The thread is titled G35x V.S. Legacy GT Ltd. Not “let’s bash the legacy, because we are grow men without ball’s & respect”.

As for this, the beginning of the thread I was posting facts & thorough information, until you & Mr. 12 inch e-**** started spouting condescending remarks. I just defended as you have & would do. I did not single anyone out I did not have too. You guy’s did that to yourself. There are others on here that posted informative & respectful opinions. Why can’t you?
This is fun. Sort of like a cat playing with a lizard..

Hippo, I'm very impressed by your physical prowess. Your self-description and defined (but unattained) goals were so intimidating that I had to change my plastic pants twice. Now I'm wearing these:

And yes, they do actually change colors. It's quite breathtaking. To be clear, the woman I got this particular pair from wasn't a day over 68.

You opened yourself to criticism (which you seem pooly prepared to handle) when you stuck your e-nose (I see you like talking about e-organs so I decided to join you) into my original post.

Congrats on being a boxer, but I think too many shots to the head have clouded your intellect. (and he coulda been a contendaaaaa) That is my "informative and respectful" opinion. I'll leave you with my sincere wishes for a full and speedy recovery. Perhaps this will help:

I'll resist the urge to respond to you in any fashion until I read in your posts that you can actually agree with someone besides yourself. Again, it's not your content, it's your delivery.

In the future, please leave references to e-***** out of this. They make me want to boil my keyboard.

Which one looks best (although the first two do look similar, especially from the back)? ...

Good one, my grammar is fine. Here is a cookie. You continue to act much like a molested child reaching out for love. Leave me, the very look of your posts forces me to regurgitate.

Looks are subjective. The original poster has even mentioned this is his feelings. None of my original posts was for any of you. It was to best inform him. Then it was turned into “my g35 is god so there” thread.
