Has anyone installed one of these on their G35? How does it look - any pics?

No dude, I find the stock settup nice and quiet. Those deflectors look a little tacky to me anyway. To each his own tho.

They do look tacky.. and take away fromthe car's apperance but ive heard alot of good things about them... reguardless -- you wont find one on my G

I think they're tacky too, plus when you open the sunroof there's a pop-up wind deflector that works just fine, and isn't visible with the sunroof closed.

Seems unanimous. This car really doesn't need a supplemental wind deflector as the built in deflector functions extremely well.
Cosmetically,l think the car's lines are much better without it as well. A deflector improves the lines on some cars but not the G in my opinion. Ken

Also, my previous experience with the wind deflector is that when you remove it (I did annually for the winters), there is a noticeable mark left on the paint under the rubber strip of the deflector. Not sure if it was slight movement and rubbing or just UV fade.

You all are absolutely correct. A few months ago, I ordered a deflector online and just got around to attempting an install yesterday. The kit included a couple of metal tabs, which fix under the hood of the car, and then some screws to fix the deflector to these tabs. Getting the beast into position was very difficult. After it was installed, as you all have suggested, it looked tacky. I removed it immediately and found that the metal tabs scratched away the paint on the inside lip of the hood where the sunroof sits. It looked bad, the installation instructions were lousy, and it scratched my paint. So - no deflector for me! thanks guys!!

IF you wanna fix that scratch ive herad lots of good things about Langka? I hvae the exact name at home.. I dont remember hwo to spell it right now but basiclly you put touch up paint on your car then use this to smoothen it out..
