i had just made a decision between g35x, TL and 2.0T quattro. I liked the interior of the TL much better but after a test drive, the g35x wins hands down.

As for the TL vs G35 discussion, I think my wife summed it up best, when we traded our 03 TL on the 04 G35X. "The TL is a great ride, but the G is a great Drive!" (My wife and I are buth 67 YO, and have driven many cars in our nearly 59 years together.)
BTW, the TL does get better gas mileage, but who cares?
Oh, I totally agree. I was posting about the sound system because it was the topic at hand. The TL has a much better interior (and sound system), but the G is the winner in almost every other aspect hands down.

And hey, congrats on 59 years, that's quite an accomplishment. Although I must admit I'm wondering how, at 67, you've been together 59 years. Unless you started dating at 8.

My options are to buy a G35 sedan and install Eibach Pro Kit springs or an Acura TL with the A-Spec package. Would anybody have any pro's or con's about a G35 sedan lowered 1" with a baby? Or any recommendations about purchasing the G35 or TL A-spec for a family car?

Kids with Car seat will found G35 Sedan with Recline back seat to be heaven. The only draw back is there isn't much room back there for the 3rd person as G35 sedan do not have enough hip room for 3 adults. If you have a family of 4 with 1 or 2 child in the car set them G35 will be the best choices. Both of my kids love the G Sedan more then my SUV as they can sleep comfortable in my G in a more recline position. It also protects their Neck as well, less toss around since they are sitting in LAZY_BOY fashion instead of straight up. Hope this helps.

The only other cars that offer the rear seat recline option before Infiniti would be the Mercedes S-class as option and the new more affodable Infiniti M35 with Premium or M45. So, for family of 5 then I think a upgrade to M35 premi is unavoidable but for family of 4 or less then G35 is more then sufficient.
