Just bought new 19's..questions

Just bought a set of 19x 8.5 Private Wheels, mounted on Toyo Proxy's for $1500

2 issues,I can't seem to find a picture of these wheels online. The following wheel is the same style & color but my wheels have a thinner 5 spoke design

If you can find them online I'll love ya

Next, I wanted to know if anyone has had the dealer reprogram thier ecu to ignore the TP sensor signal. I don't want to go through the headache of swapping sensors since I'll be driving on my stock wheels 7 months of the year during winter. But I aso don't want to see the dummy light on my car for 4 months

The TPS cannot be reprogrammed out.
But....
It's really not a problem anyway.

It only comes on after about one hour of driving.
I only saw mine a handfull of times last year & not really bothersome anyway.

Same here machine head, my sensors are not in my winter wheels and it only came on a few times. And if it did come on and it bugs you as soon as you turn off the car and restart it is off again.

Bought them at my local Townfair tire. I was pretty skeptical of thier prices & quality when I first walked in. It's a 38mm offset, tire size is 245/35. I really wanted a 40 series tire. But the guy talked me out of it since he had none in stock and the toyo's have a built in rim protector

Your tire guy was right.
I'd rather be under stock size sightly than over sized
245/35-19
d=25.75
w=3.38
-2.12% dif from stock

245/40-19
d=26.72
w=3.86
+1.54% dif from stock
