After a couple of years keeping my 5AT bone stock , I finally got the "mod fever". In the past month, I have done/ordered the following;
- Stillen True Dual Exhaust
- Work VS-XX 19x8(+38)/19x9(+45)
- Dunlop Sport Maxx 245/40/19-Front 275/35/19-Rear
- Tein CS Coilovers
- Tein EDFC
The Tein CS/EDFC are installed but i'm still waiting for the VS-XX and Stillen. By the way, Grubbs has the best price on the Stillens for $884(free shipping).

Next item will be the Aero kit. I'm doing all this so I don't get the urge to upgrade to a new car. I try not to add all the $$$$ that I've spent so far cause it hurts(so good!).

Its true what everyone was saying - once you get started it's hard to stop. Waiting for the Work rims has been excruciating - 5 weeks and counting w/ ETA end of April.
The Stillen exhaust should be here by end of next week. I actually rode in someones car w/ the Stillen exhaust before deciding and I thought it wasn't annoying at all even at cruising speed on the freeway. I guess its a matter of preference.
The Tein CS is definitely a comfortable ride - a cruiser when compared to the Flex. However, I think I need a set of sway bars to complement it.
I'll post pics after I get all the stuff put in.

I finally got the VS-XX wheels installed. They are 19x8(+38 front) and 19x9(+45 rear) w/ Dunlop Sport Maxx 245/40/19(f) and 275/35/19(r). I also have the Tein CS w/ EDFC. Excuse the dirty car but I took a quick photo snap this morning before leaving for work.
Stillen full catback will be on this week. Now all I need is an aero kit to finish my vanity mods.

 

looks great kegels...any camber or rubbing issues with that setup?

 

Could you show some pics of the lip on your new rims? I've been pondering about getting the same rims for my sedan for awhile.
Did you go the custom route in having the rims built?

Well, no rubbing issues so far. The rear clearance looks scaringly small and potentially could rub if I have 4 adults in the car going over a bump. I have not done an alignment yet, so I don't know if I have any camber issues.
As for lippage, I was a little bit dissapointed when i got them. The front lip is only about 50mm(2 in.) and the rear is about 57mm(2.25 in.) Nonetheless, they still look awesome. If you want to maximize the lip, go w/ the 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 size.

I added the 1/2" MD plenum spacer last night and will try to put on the 10-wire GroundingGear kit tonight before I reset the ECU.

How much was your drop? and how is the ride?

 

how low are your coilovers set? can they go lower? did you have OEM sport suspension? how would you say the handling is as compared to stock? thanks!

 

The Tein CS coilovers are height adjustable. I didn't measure the before and after drop but my guess is that they are at least 1" front/back. Yes, I did have the OEM sport suspension and I can tell you that the CS feels very comfortable yet very sporty. Absolutely awesome when taking corners - much less body roll when compared to the OEM sport suspension. I highly recommend the Tein CS.
