Rims Question

I just ordered these for my 03 G35 Sedan. Was wondering if there will be any issues the set up measures are:
fronts 20 x 8.5 with 2.25" LIP, PCD 114.3, offset et15
rear 20 x 9.5 with 3" LIP, PCD 114.3, offset et20

And what tire sizes are recommended for the front and rear? And do I have to get the fenders cut or rolled?

Those offsets are WAY off for a sedan. You need +38 front and +45 rear. Who told you to get those offsets???

Our bolt pattern is 5X114.3 (5X4.5). The offsets that you ordered fits a Truck/Suv or the Dodge Magnum.

Thanks guys for the advice I notified the salesman who I ordered these rims from and he said you guys were right. Since the staggered are back ordered the (20x9.5) I decided to just go with all 20x8.5 around, saves me money on tires. Does any body know if 245/40/20 will work on 20's on a G35 sedan? I previously had 35 series.
This is where I ordered the rims:

The bolt patterns are the same for a coupe or sedan. Trust me, my company sells wheels. I've got some company bling on my '05 sedan and the bolt pattern for my wheels are 5X114.3.
