ted, i have a few LEDs you could play with, and no need for NOS - it's a lot cheaper to just shine one into, say, boiling tea-pot's steam...

And codeflux...steam from your kettle will get you nowhere as an alternate wet nitrous system. The brand I use is actually made by Zex, not NOS:
