This entire thread is useless since there is no proof it has done anything.
So why is your bitter hating punk **** even here? If there's a mod that works without every member here having to dyno it to proove it, the plenum is it. PLenty of people who contribute to this forum with meaninful analysis and advice have already done this hard work. Maybe not on the APS but fundamentally the same concept from other vendors have been proven to work over and OVER again. Take your hatin elsewhere if you find this thread useless.

Your whining is more annoying than an a s s boil. He likes the POP charger even if you have so much valuable difinitive information. You have the credibility of 13 y/o with no mod experience so stop making this thread so worthless and go to the bathroom before you get spanked by your mommy for crapping your pants again. What a great contributor you can be when you grow up...moron.

There are literally thousands of free dynos of my350z.com of just about every mod you can name. You have just as much of a responsibility to prove that the Plenum does not make power as he does in proving that it does. Otherwise, you make yourself look silly while discounting the plenum's effectiveness. I'm personally seen dozens of dynos of the Crawford and APS plenums and used them as statistical data before I made my purchase. That's what they are for, so why dyno a plenum when it has already been done?

The more you feel the need for speed.. the more any performance mod will satisfy it.
Tracks times, as a point of reference are useless. Anyone that has taken laps knows that the driver has a greater influence on a lap time than most any mod. Consecutive lap times can vary far more than those before and after a mod.
To each his own
Keep having fun w/ that sedan JBX, and nice color btw.

Track times as a point of reference are useless? Um ok Well if you go to the track and you are a relatively consistant driver you would see an increase in trap times if your car was producing more power in the 1/4 mile let alone a lapping track. The bottomline is that this is a performance mod that has to be guaged before and after install to see the effect it may or may not have on your car. Even if he was to dyno now it would still be close to useless info (unless he is one of those "dyno racers" who wants to have a big number for their sig on a forum and don't even go to the track You have to dyno BEFORE and AFTER an install trying to keep everything else equal. That to me is a worthy post and useful information for the community. A butt dyno or how a "performance" mod looks is pretty lame.

For example I see a lot of 2005 6spd owners buying plenums/spacers and there is no proof they do anything. Actually there is posts about them causing a loss of power or do nothing with actual dynos. The scary thing is that people with 05 6spds are still going out and installing them because a "company" says it will do something or they are basing on lame posts "it looks great" or previous year builds.

I suppose when you bought your car Infiniti delivered it to you with Dynos attached to the owner's manual right? They claim 298 with 6MT. I guess you were scammed!!!

I guess the entire after market performance industry is the biggest scam of the century. You're a joke!

If you're gonna argue about proof, where is yours?

My car is stock and would out perform yours with your intake, springs, clear corners and 20" rims no problem. You just worry about your cone intake, springs, clear corners and 20" rims. BLING BLING Try not to wreck this one too .

Invest in this mod and stop driving insurance rates up:

I guess you've been paying attention. I never had any desire to turn my car into a street racer or spend my weekends running quarter miles. I got enough of that with my previous cars.

I guarantee you that I would kick your a$$, with my AT and stock wheels back on. (we sound like kids in high shool now ). Anyway, the point is there are advantages and disadvantages to everything you do to your car.

In my car I love the original look and the car is fast enough for me in the city and highway. If I wanted serious HP and track fun, I would have kept my M3.

What's your deal anyways? How much can you discuss and argue about a stock car? Leave BX alone and if he's as happy with his plenum as are you staying stock, so be it!

BTW, my insurance rate did not go up.

Hey Chico the Allstar I think your the one who needs to pay attention. LOL

Try not to wreck this G (again LOL ) you have now as well. Get your car to the "performance shop" and be sure you have the right tire pressure, your clear corners are polish and that your cone intake is making as much noise as possible for red light reving . You probably have cut stock springs as well. BLING BLING Don't worry about camber issues, uneven tire wear and your car moving like a dog. As long as you go DUBS you da man even if you still live with your mom/dad.

Funny thing is stock 6spd will outperform your car as well it doesn't matter how loud your car is or how great your plenum looks.

You're funny dude....you must be some geek with an boring office job or some bitter old man.

I'm young, married with an amazing family. Very successful too. I'm glad I'm enjoying life to the fullest and not waiting around until I'm middle aged to buy the car I've wanted all my life.

Hopefully your wife lets you drive this G as well after you wrecked her first one. You must be very successful if you sold an M3 for a G35. Things got tight when you got the DUBs or did you sell your mini van to get them on your wife's G?

I noticed your insightful post in the thread. The plenum "looks great" WOW now that is a joke
