Making a lot of changes (suspension, tires)
Hey thanks for the response dklau!
Yes, this is my first track day. But the event involves learning both with track sessions and classroom sessions. I think we're also doing a slalom and some skidpad courses, so that should help me get an even better feel of my car.
I'm getting a Stoptech Stage 2 kit (non-brembo) for my car, it consists of the SS lines, HP+ pads, and Stoptch rotors + Motul brake fluid. I'm assuming since I'm getting upgraded rotors I can keep the HP+ pads on there for daily driving afterwards.
I'm trying to lump some the installs of the brake kit, suspension, and tires together to save on labor costs. But we'll see how it goes, I'm hoping not to spend for than $300 on installs.

That's a good kit there short of a full BBK. You can leave the HP+ pads on there no problem. Just be warned though they will squeak on street driving. That's pretty common for higher performance pads. To fix that just do a couple of hard stops every time the squeaking comes back so you get a nice even layer of pad material on the rotor. Also with the Motul fluid you'll have to change the fluid more often since it absorbs water faster than the OEM Dot 3 fluid. Good luck.

1) I've got the HPS pads and they are pretty fade resistant. I'm sure the HP+ pads are more fade resistant but you have to balance that against everyday driving noise and wear and tear.
2) You must follow proper bedding (kind of like break in) procedures once your brake system is installed. Stoptech has this information on their website. I can also tell you it took 500 to 1,000 miles of driving after bedding before I felt performance reached 100%.
Oh, looked at the kit again, and I guess it is the HPS pads. Stoptech's site recommends that they not be used on track, but I'm assuming they're ok since you've used them.
Just read their bed-in procedure, I'll be remember to do it once I get my kit installed.
